Are you insured?
Yes. Pop-Ins Concierge is fully insured for home access, pet care and concierge services, giving you peace of mind when inviting us into your space or trusting us with your companion.
How does key holding work?
We offer a secure key-holding service, allowing us to access your home smoothly when needed.
Keys are:
- stored discreetly
- logged securely
- handled only by authorised team members
Key holding is optional but recommended for regular clients or those who travel frequently.
Do you offer lockbox access or meet & greet services?
Yes. We can work with lockboxes and access codes, and we also offer guest meet-and-greet services for holiday lets or private residences, ensuring smooth, welcoming arrivals.

Why are concierge Pop-Ins priced higher than pet visits?
Concierge Pop-Ins involve a higher level of responsibility and risk. These visits often require secure access to your home, key holding, waiting for third parties and oversight of work or deliveries.
To ensure the highest standards, all concierge services are delivered by Enhanced DBS-checked associates, are fully insured, and include careful reporting and accountability.
The pricing reflects the responsibility, insurance and professional oversight required — not just the time spent.
How do bookings work?
Bookings can be made online through our booking page or by contacting us directly.
For certain services — such as:
- personal companionship
- appointment support
- assisted living visits
- concierge & PA services
a short pre-arranged phone call or introductory visit is required to ensure suitability, comfort and safety for both you and our team.
How do payments and deposits work?
Most services are paid at the time of booking.
For concierge and PA services involving purchases or third-party costs (e.g. dry cleaning, postage, shopping), we require:
- full payment for the service
- a pre-agreed deposit to cover expenses
All deposits are:
- itemised
- reconciled promptly
- refunded if not fully used
Can you collect prescriptions or accompany me to appointments?
Yes.
We offer:
- Prescription collection (non-medical, pre-arranged with your pharmacist)
- Appointment companion services for moral support and navigation
We do not provide medical or personal care — our role is calm presence, assistance and reassurance only.
What pet services do you offer?
We offer dog pop-ins, cat visits, combined pet care, enrichment visits, pet transport, after-vet support and event chaperoning.
